50 DELICIOUS GRAIN-FREE BREAKFAST RECIPES

I think I could eat two scrambled eggs (made in coconut oil to get them nice and fluffy and to add a great taste to them) for breakfast every day of my life and be good. In fact, I’ve been doing just that for over a year.

But lately, it’s come to my attention that my sweet husband is not as big of a fan of the breakfast predictability (or the scrambled eggs) as I am. So I’ve committed to making one new, grain-free breakfast item each week (which usually lasts 3 or 4 days) – just to spice it up. I know I can’t be the only one who’s in a breakfast rut!
